Contest Application Form

I confirm that I am between 18 and 35 years old and currently reside in Zambia.

I confirm that all information provided in this application is accurate and truthful.

I understand that this application is submitted as part of the open 1xStartup Project Contest.

I understand that, if selected as a winner, I will receive a $2,000 cash prize awarded for winning the 1xStartup Project Contest.

I understand that the cash prize must be used exclusively for the implementation of the project submitted in this application.

I understand that any taxes or other financial obligations arising from receiving the cash prize are my responsibility and must be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Zambia.

If selected as a winner, I agree to provide an update on the implementation of my project within 6 months after receiving the cash prize, including a short video of up to 2 minutes and 6–10 photos showing the progress and results of the project.

If selected as a winner, I agree that my name, project name, photos, videos and information about my project and its results may be published and used by 1xStartup and 1xBet for communication, media and project coverage purposes.

I agree to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of participating in the 1xStartup Project Contest, evaluating my application, communicating with me regarding the contest and announcing its results.
